Day 1
Home – Urumqi
You will depart from home and take a flight to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the northwest of China, serving as its political, economic, cultural, and transportation hub. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to the hotel to rest and prepare for the start of your journey through Northern Xinjiang the following day.
Day 2
Urumqi (Inc: Hotel Breakfast)
**Optional Activity: Tianshan Tianchi Cable Car and Boat Ride (Tickets can be purchased on-site without prior booking) **
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you will head to Tianchi (Heavenly Lake) in the Tianshan Mountains. Tianchi is one of the most famous attractions in the Tianshan range, known as the “Pearl of Tianshan.” Situated at an altitude
of over 2000 meters, this alpine lake boasts crystal-clear waters surrounded by snow-capped peaks, offering breathtaking scenery. You will have the opportunity to admire the reflections of the surrounding snow-capped peaks
in the lake’s clear waters during the morning, leaving a lasting impression.

Day 3
Urumqi – Karamay (Inc: Hotel Breakfast)
Today’s itinerary will take you to visit the largest museum in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region — the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum. This museum houses a vast collection of precious historical relics, folk artifacts, and natural specimens, showcasing the rich and diverse history, culture, and natural landscapes of the Xinjiang region. You will have the opportunity to learn about the rich history and culture of this multi-ethnic region.

Day 4
Karamay – Populus Euphratica Valley – Mogui Cheng – Burqin (Inc: Hotel Breakfast)
After breakfast, you will begin your adventure by first heading to the magnificent Populus Euphratica Valley. Located on the edge of the Taklimakan Desert, this area is home to the stunning Populus Euphratica forest, often referred to as the “last pure land on earth.” Populus Euphratica, a symbol of tenacious life in the desert, can live for over a thousand years, displaying graceful and diverse forms, creating a unique natural landscape.
Next, you will visit the Mogui Cheng, where you will marvel at the extraordinary geological landscape, experiencing the wonders of nature.

Day 5
Burqin – Kanas (Inc: Guesthouse Breakfast)
Optional Activity: Boat Tour on the Lake (Tickets can be purchased on-site without prior booking)
Today, you will journey to the renowned Kanas Scenic Area. Upon arrival at Jiadengyu, you will enjoy a delicious lunch before taking a scenic shuttle bus directly to the Kanas Scenic Area. Located deep in the Altai Mountains of Xinjiang, China, the Kanas Scenic Area is famous for its mysterious and magnificent natural landscapes. There, you will be mesmerized by the stunning panoramic view of Kanas Lake, with its crystal-clear waters surrounded by green mountains.

Day 6
Kanas Lake – Hemu Village (Inc: Guesthouse Breakfast)
You will continue your adventure of Jiadengyu-Kanas National Geological Park. This geological park is a natural wonder, boasting a diverse range of landforms and biological resources. You will take a scenic shuttle bus tour to
visit attractions such as Camel Neck Bay, Sleeping Dragon Bay, and Moon Bay, experiencing the awe-inspiring craftsmanship of nature.
After lunch, you will transfer to another scenic shuttle bus to Hemu Village. Hemu Village is a typical Kazakh pastoral village nestled in the embrace of the Tianshan Mountains. You will have the opportunity to climb a small hill
on the edge of Hemu Village, overlooking the entire village, experiencing the tranquil and peaceful life of pastoralists and the beauty of pristine nature.
Overnight in Hemu Village.
Day 7
Hemu Village – Beitun (Including Hotel Breakfast)
After a delightful breakfast, you’ll have time for leisure activities in Hemu Village, where you can stroll through the tranquil village, experiencing the simple life of pastoralists and the fresh air.
Later, you’ll head to Burqin, a must-pass through on the way to Beitun. In Burqin, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Five-Colored Beach, a scenic spot known for its colorful rock formations, a paradise for photography enthusiasts.
In the evening, you’ll proceed to Beitun, a small town in Xinjiang, where you’ll have the chance to taste authentic local cuisine at the night market and experience the rich ethnic culture.

Day 8
Beitun – Keketuohai National Park (Including Hotel Breakfast)
Today, you’ll journey to Keketuohai National Park, located in northern Xinjiang, renowned for its spectacular natural landscapes. You’ll have the opportunity to visit Keketuohai Lake, a high-altitude lake with crystal-clear waters, surrounded by majestic snow-capped mountains and lush green valleys. You’ll also explore attractions such as the Grand Canyon, Shenzhong Mountain, Shuimogou, and earthquake ruins, each offering unique natural charm and historical stories.
Overnight in Keketuohai Town.
Day 9
Keketuohai – Urumqi (Including Hotel Breakfast)
In the lovely morning, you’ll depart from Keketuohai and return to Urumqi by car, with the journey taking approximately 7 hours. In the evening, you’ll arrive back in Urumqi and check into the hotel.
Overnight in Urumqi.
Day 10
Urumqi – Home (Including Hotel Breakfast)
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you’ll depart from Urumqi Airport and take a flight back home, marking the end of this unforgettable journey.
