Beanz Adventures Membership Program

 

The Beanz Adventures Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd.

Membership privileges are exclusive to VIP members only and are non-transferrable.

By applying for Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

MEMBERSHIP

• Application for membership is open to individuals who have joined any tours organized by Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. Applicants must provide their phone number and name as per their passport or identity card.

• You are entitled to only one membership, and all points collected are strictly non-transferable.

 

USE OF THE BEANZ ADVENTURES MEMBERSHIP

• Membership cards will not be issued.

• The registered phone number and full name, as per MyKad or any other personal identification of the member, is required for verification upon every purchase to collect membership points.

• To redeem membership points, the member must present their identity card or passport.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to waive, add, or amend the membership terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) without prior notice. Any new or amended terms will supersede the existing terms.

 

POINTS

• One point is awarded for every RM1.00 spent in a single transaction.

• Points are earned based on the total rounded amount in a single receipt.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel awarded points if the customer cancels the tour.

• Points awarded and/or redeemed may be reversed or cancelled if Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. determines that the points were not earned or redeemed in accordance with the stated terms, or due to a system error.

• Earned points are non-transferable.

 

POINTS REDEMPTION

Rebate Structure:

• Green Beanz: 1 – 5,000 points — Rebate RM50

• Red Beanz: 5,001 – 20,000 points — Rebate RM100

• Yellow Beanz: 20,001 – 40,000 points — Rebate RM150

• Black Beanz: 40,001 points and above — Rebate RM300 + Select your preferred tour leader

 

Terms:

• Rebates are capped at RM300.

• Points redemption can be combined with other promotions.

• Tour leader selection is subject to availability; if unavailable, a different leader must be chosen.

 

MEMBERS’ BENEFITS

• Free lifetime membership.

• Exclusive Invitations to Offers & Events: Members will receive invitations to promotions, events, and special discounts during promotional periods.

• Exclusive Vouchers: Members will receive exclusive vouchers.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

• When applying for membership, members are required to provide personal information, including their full name (as per MyKad or other personal identification), address, and contact details. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. is committed to maintaining the security of members’ personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or destruction.

• The Data Protection and Privacy Policy applies whenever you provide Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. with your personal information, unless required by law or a regulatory authority to disclose it.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliates reserve the right to use the database for cross-selling, marketing, and promotional activities. Rest assured, reasonable steps have been taken to protect your privacy and confidentiality. GENERAL

• The membership remains the property of Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. at all times.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. may, at its discretion, terminate the membership by giving thirty (30) calendar days’ notice.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. (including its successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries) shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims, and demands of any nature, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising from the use of the membership.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. holds no liability if a membership application is rejected for any reason.

• Any disputes regarding points or services must be directed to Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. via info@beanzadventures.com within seven (7) days of the dispute, in writing.

• The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

• If any provisions herein are found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. has final authority on interpreting these Terms and Conditions and resolving any disputes regarding the membership.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as necessary. Reasonable notice will be posted on the Beanz Adventures official website as a notification of such amendments. Your continued use of the membership after any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the changes.

• Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes to these Terms and Conditions.

• All communications by Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd. will be through official channels, such as the company’s website, advertisements, or other media deemed appropriate. These notifications will supersede previous communications unless stated otherwise.

• Any notice pursuant to these Terms and Conditions will be sufficiently given by posting on Beanz Adventures Sdn. Bhd.’s social media and/or official website.
