Day 1

Home – Ivalo

Upon arrival at Ivalo Airport (IVL), the tour leader will welcome the group and arrange transfer to the hotel in Ivalo/Inari.

No activities are scheduled today, allowing you all to rest and adjust to the time difference for the days ahead.

Day 2

Inari

(Incl. hotel breakfast)

Today, we visit a local Husky Farm for the Husky Experience, where guests can try driving a dog sled and explore the snowy wilderness of Inari. Under the guidance of professional mushers, guests can experience the thrill of becoming a true sled driver.

After the sled ride, there is an opportunity to learn more about the huskies’ lives and stories and enjoy a warm drink by the log cabin fire.

We are proud to bring guests to this Green Key certified husky farm, a sustainable tourism recognition, offering a classic Arctic experince.

**Included Experience: Husky Farm Sledding (approx. 3 hours, 2 people per sled, including sled ride, winter gear, hot drinks, and rest time)

Day 3

Inari – Rovaniemi

(Incl. hotel breakfast & dinner by tour leader)

Today, we travel to Rovaniemi – the hometown of Santa Claus. En route, we will make stops at scenic spots for photo opportunities.

Before checking in, we will explore Rovaniemi city center, including a visit to the world’s second northernmost McDonald’s, a fun Arctic Circle landmark.

Day 4

Rovaniemi – Santa Claus Village

(Incl. breakfast & dinner by tour leader)

After breakfast, we visit the Santa Claus Village, the home of Santa Claus. Explore this world-famous village, meet Santa Claus across the Arctic Circle, and send postcards from the Arctic Circle Post Office with special staamps.

You will also enjoy a reindeer sled ride through snow-covered forests, experiencing the magic of the Arctic winter.

The remainder of the day can be spent strolling freely within the village, taking photos, or shopping.

Day 5

Rovaniemi – Ranua Wildlife Park

(Incl. breakfast & dinner by tour leader)

Early in the morning, we visit Ranua Wildlife Park, meeting polar bears and around 50 species of Arctic animals.

the afternoon is free to enjoy leisure time in Rovaniemi, Lapland’s capital.

Optional activities are available (at own expense), such as snowmobiling or ice fishing.

Day 6

Rovaniemi – Helsinki

(Incl. breakfast by tour leader)

After breakfast, we bid farewell to Lapland’s snowy wilderness and take an early flight to the vibrant Helsinki.

Upon arrival, you may leave your luggage at the hotel before embarking on a 3-hour walking tour to explore Helsinki’s lively harbor city charm.

Key sights include Parliament Square, Helsinki Cathedral, Explanadi Avenue, and the Market Square & Harbor Area, showcasing Nordic architecture and city culture.

Day 7

Helsinki – Tallinn

(Hotel breakfast & ferry buffet dinner)

After breakfast, we take the ferry to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, for a full-day tour of this beautiful Baltic city.

Explore Tallinn Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1997, preserving its medieval streets and unique charm. Highlights include Town Hall Square, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and the Parliament Building (Toompea Castle), offering a deep insight into Tallinn’s rich history and architecture.

In the evening, we return by ferry to Helsinki, concluding a memorable day in Tallinn.

Day 8

Helsinki – Home

(Hotel breakfast)

After breakfast, you can enjoy free time in Helsinki, strolling the streets and soaking in the city’s Nordic charm.

Depending on flight schedules, you will transfer to Helsinki Airport for the return flight, concluding a memorable Nordic adventure.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour fee is required upon booking
  • Recommended winter clothing: warm layers, snow boots with grip, gloves, scarf, and protective eyewear
  • Personal travel insurance is highly recommended, covering medical, trip cancellation, and accident risks.
