Your trip has been booked with Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd (referred as Beanz Adventures herein), on the basis of the following terms and conditions:

  1. Tour:
    • all tours are published on brochure, please ensure you have read, understand, and agree to all details stated for the tour package you are interested in prior to booking.


  2. Tour Fee:
    • all rates are quoted per person in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Beanz Adventures reserved the right to alter the fee in the event of a significant spike in fuel prices and foreign exchange rates.


  3. Tour Booking:
    • All bookings must be done through Beanz Adventures Tour Registration Form.
    • Once deposit paid, you shall receive a booking confirmation receipt.


  4. Booking Fee:
    • a non refundable 30% deposit of tour fee as stated in individual itinerary’s price details is payable to secure booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless subjected to below conditions only:
    • Tour cancellation by Beanz Adventures due to insufficient number of participants.
    • Tour cancellation by Beanz Adventures due to unforeseen circumstances at travel destination beyond our control.


  5. Full Fee Payment:
    • Once a tour is confirmed, Second Payment fee must be paid 6 months before tour departure date.
    • Final Payment must be paid 2 months before tour departure date.
    • Failure to make payment a month after Beanz Adventures issued the balance collection notification, the booking will be cancelled, and a non refundable 30% deposit of tour fee will be forfeited.


  6. Tour Cancellation & No Show:
    • If a tour member wish to pull-out after full payment, Beanz Adventures may consider partial refund based on a case-to-case review. A RM200 administrative fee applied, and cost that has incurred for the tour arrangement applied.
    • If prior to departure date, tour member’s visa application is rejected, may opt for tour cancellation and refund, but cost that has incurred for the tour arrangement applied.
    • If a tour member pulled out 1 month before tour departure, 100% tour fee non-refundable.
    • Cancellation must be formally informed via email to, verbal cancellation unacceptable.
    • 100% charged will be applied for No Show booking.
    • After commenced of travel, no refund in part or in full will be given for services included in the booking and not utilized by the tour member.


  7. Itinerary Amendment: 
    • Itineraries may subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Beanz Adventures’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations in accommodation arrangement, tour program, travel date, may occur when deem necessary.


  8. Travel Documents: 
    • Tour member must possess a valid passport and is responsible for obtaining necessary visa prior to departure.Beanz Adventures cannot accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel information. We are not in any way liable if you are subsequently denied entry/deported at your destination due to your failure to follow the correct travel document procedures.


  9. Travel Insurance:
    • All tour participants are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for the full duration of your tour to cover against personal accident, loss of baggage, flight delays and/or cancellation, unexpected alterations to travel arrangements, act of God, strikes, fire, flood, war, rebellion, terrorism, insurrection, sickness, quarantine, epidemics, theft and etc. Furthermore, if you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.   10. Liability:
    • All tour participants must at all times strictly comply with all Malaysian’s applicable laws and regulations. Besides, when traveling to a foreign country, tour members are subject to the laws of that country. Should the tour participant fail to comply with the above or commit any criminal offence or illegal act when on tour or, if in the opinion of our  company, tour participant’s behaviour is causing or is likely to cause danger,  distress or material annoyance to others, Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd has the right to terminate any  tour participant’s travel arrangements on any tour or service immediately at the tour participant’s expense and without any liability to its company.


  11. Force Majeure Clause:
    • Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic and Monkeypox pandemic), quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natura catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations (including the laws and  regulations on travel and tour services), national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of  availability of raw materials or energy. Hence While current events related to the Covid-19 pandemic are known, future impacts of the outbreak are unforeseeable and shall be considered a Force Majeure event to the extent that they prevent the performance of Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd ‘s obligations under this Agreement which including events where in future the travel date is affected by any laws and regulations of any countries. Tour participants will not be entitled to any refund and cancellation of a tour for any reasons come under Force Majeure.  Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd has the right to alter, change and postpone the travel date to a future on the other hand  tour participant may change the travel date to a future date by contacting Beanz Adventures Sdn Bhd.


  12. Flight Delays & Itinerary Execution:
    • If certain participants of the group experience flight delays and cannot arrive as scheduled, the team will proceed with the itinerary as planned.
    • Participants affected by flight delays are responsible for catching up with the ongoing itinerary, and the team will not alter the schedule due to their delays.
    • To ensure fairness, participants who arrive on time will not be affected by the delays of others.
    • Delayed participants are responsible for covering any additional expenses required to catch up with the itinerary, such as changes in transportation or accommodation.
